This 1″ button was created from my Frogs’ Taco Picnic mural I painted up at El Tacorrido in 2021. This aerosol paint illustration features two Texas native frogs: the spotted chorus frog and green tree frog. The spotted frog wears a black cowboy hat and boots, while the green frog adorns a flower crown, with colors representing the LGBTQ+, trans, and bi flags, paying homage leading into Pride Month (when this piece was painted). They are drinking Jarritos and enjoying a plate of tacos, just like patrons at this local eatery!
All pin-back buttons are hand-pressed by me personally on a button maker machine and fitted with a spring pin.
