When Art for the People Gallery moved into their new space at Art Hub ATX, they knew they needed a new, eye-catching butterfly mural to greet visitors. They reached out to me to design and install a concept that celebrate their metamorphosis in Austin over the past 10 years. They were in love with my trompe l’oiel breakthrough wall murals and wanted me to open a portal for their business.
After a three round design process with their team, we finally created a concept that everyone was stoked about. One team member stated, “It’s like you plucked the image from our brains!!!!”
This 9.5ft x 10ft mural took me three days to complete, part of which was painted live in front of an audience during their mural launch party.

This client added on my social media package, which included me coming out for a short photo and video shoot to give them plenty of content to share to promote their mural launch party. They were also able to add me as collaborator on these posts to gain access to my Instagram audience to boost their reach prior to the event. This content was on top of the time lapse video I produce with all of my murals, as I am able.
