I decided to join organizer Rachelle for another Art Jam in early August to turn another of Native Hostel’s picnic tables into art. I showed up ready to paint and picked up my green can, the dominant color in what I had planned to paint, and realized it was empty. Riffing off a beetle Candy Kuo painted on a different table, I decided to use the colors I had to create a magical moth.
I spray painted this 6’x4′ table in front of a live audience over 4 hours, without any stencils. Check out the photos and reel (shot by Pirani Prints) below! Accompanied by the amazing work of Abel to Design.
You can check out the table for yourself at Native Hostel off East 4th Street in Austin!
Hire me to live paint at your next event. Get in touch via my Rates page to request a consultation.
