Since 1997, Tito’s Vodka has rescued over 100 distillery dogs and, through the Vodka for Dog People program, has worked with thousands of animal-focused nonprofits to help pups find their people. In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Tito’s commissioned a portrait of one of those distillery dogs, Gus, done in aerosol paint.
This 3’x3′ portrait was done entirely in aerosol paints and took around 7 hours to complete. You can see my entire process from digital concept to finished work in the video below.
